Scheduling an Automation Track

Scheduling

A Track can be scheduled to run at a specified interval like hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly. Options are available for each of these intervals to further customize when the Track will run.

Hourly

Hourly tracks can be scheduled down to intervals every quarter hour. After selecting "Hourly", the user will be prompted to choose whether the track runs at :00, :15, :30, or :45 every hour.

Daily

Daily tracks can be scheduled down to quarter hour increments at any time in the day. After selecting "Daily", the user will be prompted to choose an hour and quarter hour time that the track will run at every day.

Weekly

Weekly tracks can be scheduled down to quarter hour increments at any time in the day of any day of the week. After selecting "Weekly", the user will be prompted with the same time controls as if they chose "Daily", and will also need to pick a day of the week when the Track will run.

Monthly

Monthly tracks can be scheduled down to quarter hour increments at any time in the day on any specific day in the month. After selecting "Monthly", the user will be prompted with the same time controls as if they chose "Daily" or "Weekly"; and will also have a calendar date picker that lets them pick either a calendar date or a day of the week on an interval.
