Downloading the Driver
Check if your Excel is 32 or 64 bits
Easiest way is using the Task ManagerSummary View:

Get the Installer
Download the installer that matches your version of Excel from here (latest version): https://cloud.google.com/bigquery/docs/reference/odbc-jdbc-drivers
Run the installer
Run the installer and accept all defaults.
32 bits will go here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Simba ODBC Driver for Google BigQuery\64 bits will go here: C:\Program Files\Simba ODBC Driver for Google BigQuery\
